Why Ryan didn't sleep...

Okay so after we dropped Josh off at work, Ryan started talked to me on the way home and I think I have concluded why he wasn't sleeping. He was telling me about the elephant in his closet. I said Oh! There is an elephant in your closet?! And he said yes, and he hit me like THIS (swinging his arm like a trunk) and he was making me disappear! I don't want to disappear. So my guess is that he had a bad dream about an elephant beating him up...which is funny but sad too. I hate not knowing how his dreams made him feel and stuff. We got home and he had a snack and at 10:30am I made him lay down for a nap. He was asleep by 11am and is still asleep...obviously he needed it! He made me check his closet for an elephant, which I didn't find. If he hasn't woke up by himself I'm going to wake him up around 2:30pm so that he can stay on a normal schedule. Hey Julee...thanks for the idea about playing music...that actually will probably help alot!!
As for the bad neighbors...we are definitely reporting them...I hate to think we've only lived her for two weeks and are already reporting someone...but this is just ridiculous. I can over look a lot of stuff...but this was crazy!

I hate those hiding elephants!

Good idea, Julee, about playing the music. We use a box fan in Christian's room to drown out his sisters' noises!!! (luckily our neighbors are fine, it's the other two rugrats IN the house we worry about waking him up!)

Hope Ryan gets lots of sleep tonight.

The only thing with the music is I have to make sure I take it with me whenever we go anywhere! They can't sleep without it, but it keeps them sleeping no matter where we are! I am glad he is getting in a nap and I hope tonight is better. Madyson hates to have her closet door open, so we close it at night and put something, like a shoe, but the door. She thinks it will keep anything IN the closet.
