Josh turns 30!!!

Holy cow!  Josh turned thirty years old!  We tried not to tease him too much, but we did anyway! :-)  He was a really good sport about it though. :-)  We had a low key evening with the boys because his birthday fell on a Wednesday.  After dinner we opened his cards and ate cake.  Josh requested red velvet cake because that's what he used to get every birthday when he was younger.  Now that he's an old man, he decided to pick up the tradition again! :-)

Josh with his card from Jenn's family...their gift to us is a kid free date night!  WOOHOO!!! :-)
Josh's card from the boys and I.
Cole getting excited for Josh to open it!
Ryan and Josh with his rifle money! :-)
The yummy cake...and I don't say that only because I made it...it really was good! :-)
He doesn't look a day over 29, does he! :-)  Josh's birthday fell on Ash Wednesday, which means that he can't eat meat on Fridays during Lent, so for his birthday we left all the kids at home unattended...just kidding, we took the babies with us, and went to Red Lobster with the Crookston's, Case's and Kaas's.  Josh got to have fish and we all had a really great time talking and laughing!
I hope you had a great birthday Josh!  We love you so much and hope that the next 30 years are even better!!
