Trip to Oregon...

Even though I had my camera, I didn't take tons of pics...I know, I suck. Barb took some great pics and so did my Aunt Wanda so I'll make sure and get some from them. :-) Our trip started out on Monday evening when Cole, Ryan and I took the train down to Eugene. It was an hour late, but we finally made it. It was Ryan and Cole's first trip on a train!

Here we are in the train station with our tickets

And here is Cole and Ryan on the train. They both did SO great!

Shortly after we got on the train, Ryan looked at me and said "Oh NO!" and covered his mouth. I asked him what was wrong and he said "Look" and showed me his teeth. I asked him again what was wrong and he pointed to his top, right front tooth. I felt it and low and behold...it was wiggly!!! I explained to him that it would soon fall out and the tooth fairy would come and give him a special treat! He is really excited now for it to fall out! :-)

We got to Eugene and Jeff and Timmy picked us up. After we got to the house we all went to sleep and got up the next morning and got to work. We basically were just getting the stuff ready to go out to Country Fair.

On Thursday I got to meet up with all my friends from SC3! Cole got to meet everyone and Ryan got to play while I chatted with everyone. I was SO happy to see all the girls...I miss them so much! Here are a couple pics that Emy took...

Straight from pizza we had to head out to Country Fair. We had a really great time! Josh didn't get to come until Saturday morning, but it was still alot of fun. Everyone LOVED Cole and especially his hair! Random people would come up and talk to us and comment on how cute he is and how awesome his hair is. :-) To camp out at Country Fair you have to have a wristband pass...they are only required for people 10 and older but Uncle Bryan was holding Cole and one of the staff ladies came up and said that Cole didn't have a pass so she was going to have to confinscate him! :-) Bill LOVED holding him and carried him around a good portion of the weekend. He came back to the booth with him and said "He's a chick magnet! All I have to do is point him at the girls and they just gravitate to us!" It was really funny. My mom's midwife who was there for all of us kids being born said in her 30+ years of being a midwife she had never seen a baby with hair like Cole's! LOL! He's a unique one! :-) I thought it would be hard for me to help with the booth and have to worry about Ryan and Cole too...but everyone spoiled Cole with love so much, I had to fight to get to hold him! LOL! Ryan did really great and only had some minor "moments". :-) So here are a few pics that I took...not alot but hopefully we will have some soon.

Ryan being a dragon! He went to Playcare and when I went to pick him up and woman who worked there came up to me and said "Are you Ryan's mom?" I said yes and she said "He's such a sweet boy! He came in and walked up to me and said My name is Ryan, I would like to be a dragon!" Then she said they happened to be making dragon wings that day so after he made those she sent him to get his face painted. This is him growling at the camera. :-)

Cole loved his sling, and was really good about being carried in it most of the weekend. He looked like a pea in a pod...SO CUTE! (In this pic you can see how nasty dirty Cole's fingernails are! Please don't think I'm a bad mom...it was a losing battle!)

Bill and Barb with Cole...they are SO great! :-)

Me, Cole and Ryan on Monday...we are dirty and gross, but oh well. :-) I had bought a tie dye onsie for Cole but Jeff accidentally took it home the night before.

Uncle Mitch, Aunt Teresa, Jeff, Cole and Ryan. Teresa was mad at me for making her take a picture but she looks beautiful as always! Cole was fussing so Jeff stuck his finger in his mouth and Ryan was pouting because he wanted to take the picture. :-)

It was a great visit and as much fun as we had...it's SO much work that I'm glad it only happens once a year! LOL!

In Oregon

Hey everyone, I'm in Oregon for Country Fair and this will be the last time I have computer access until Monday. Don't do anything too fun without me! xoxo!
