UGH!

One of the things I NEVER missed about apt living...bad neighbors! So I don't know if I mentioned before about but one of the guys downstairs REVVS his dumb truck EVERY morning for like 10 mins and his truck is always RIGHT under Ryan's window. Just one of those things that I let slide cause what's the point, right? I mean, yeah it's early but people have to get to work. (Even though he does it on Sat and Sun mornings too.) So Ryan as having a rough night sleeping last night. He wasn't being bad or rowdy...just not sleeping. We put Ryan to bed at like 8:15pm, I feel asleep right after Idol and Josh said he went to bed at about 11pm and Ryan was still awake in his bed reading books. Then at 4:15am, Ryan woke up and climbed up in the chair with me (yes I have to sleep in my recliner cause it's the only way I can breathe at night), so I made a bed for him on the couch and he watched Sprout...he still hasn't been back to sleep and isn't even acting tired! Then at 6:45am, I'm woke up by our CRAZY downstairs neighbors. This guy is SCREAMING, using the F word like every other word and slamming doors like crazy! Then he left, but came back cause at like 7:15am, and was pounding on all the doors, screaming at people to get dressed and slamming doors all over again! I was like COME ON!!! I just want to sleep!!! I mean they have to know they live in an apt right?? And that all the rest of us in this general area can hear everything when they are acting like that! SO annoying. Okay, I just wanted to get that out!

We totally understand! I feel so bad for you, but just remember apartment living us a temp. housing arrangement for most. And always feel free to report them to the manager. They do have to be curtious of others. We lived in an apartment for 18 months before buying our house. So we can totaly relate. Good luck!

Oh Paula. I feel for you girl. I'd want to strangle him.
I agree with Lisa. Report it. You may have to report several incidents before they do anything, but start now.
Good luck, my love!

Paula....you have to tell you managers! I was an apartment manager and this is the kind of stuff you want to hear, so you can get these people out of the complex! Maybe Ryan can sleep with some music in his room to dull all the sounds of outside. It's what we have done with the girls, and it's worked great. Love ya!
